Audio-Digest is pleased to provide you with unlimited access to this CME activity on improving the management of patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) through appropriate surgical intervention. 2. Summarize the benefits associated with weight loss surgery in patients with T2DM and obesity.
  3. Elaborate on the probable mechanisms associated with the beneficial effects of weight loss surgery.
  4. Perform appropriate tests and procedures to prepare patients for weight loss surgery.
